How long will it take before Fanny is fully charged?
It takes about three hours to fully charge your Fanny. Just plug it in with the included USB-C cable, and you’ll be up and running in no time!
How long will you stay cool with Fanny after just one charge?
Fanny is in it for the long haul - keeping you cool for 4 to 6 hours on a single charge, depending on how fast you like the breeze.
What is the size of Fanny? Can I carry it in my bag?
With dimensions of 141 x 58 x 43 mm and weight of 130 grams, your Fanny fits perfectly in most bags. It also has a practical clip to attach it wherever you like — or simply wear it with a lanyard.
What is the delivery time?
We like to move fast - your order is usually packed up and on its way within 1–2 business days. If you’re in the Netherlands, you can expect your Fanny to arrive the very next working day after shipment (pretty speedy, right?). Sometimes our delivery buddies take a little longer, but rest assured - we’re always hustling to get your Fanny to you ASAP!
Outside the Netherlands? No worries, it just takes a little extra travel time depending on where you are.
What are the shipping costs?
Getting your Fanny in the Netherlands? Shipping’s just €4.95 - or totally free when you spend over €60 (yay!).
Ordering from abroad? No worries - shipping is calculated at checkout based on where in the world you are.
How can I return my product?
Not totally in love with your Fanny? No problem - we’ve got you. Just email us at info@myfanny.nl with your order number, and we’ll help you sort out a return.
A couple of things to keep in mind: returns need to be unused, sent back within 14 days of shipping, and return shipping costs are on you. If your Fanny isn’t in brand-new condition, we might have to say no to the return - but we’ll always do our best to help.
